He always returns texts and calls. He has resurfaced my pool twice in 25 years and repaired cracks several times due to the frequently shifting San Antonio ground. "I absolutely recommend Alamo Pool and Spa to anyone needing service or repair. After a local company that was contracted to repair surface cracks in the pools plaster destroyed my pool (would not hold water , plugged drain, etc.)I reached out to the big name pool people in the area for repair estimates and none of them would even consider a repair, instead each of them wanted to replace the pool completely citing that the visable repairs were so bad that they were afraid of what they might find. I was very lucky to find Alamo Pool. They took the job, completely restored my pool at a fraction of the cost of replacement and are now my chemical service company. Chris is as straight up and honest as any person could want. His work is professional and he has consistantly gone the extra yard to make sure that my wife and I are happy."

"Exceptional Pool Repair and Renovation by Alamo Pool and Spa! Our pool recently sustained damage from excessive rains, precipitating the need for significant repairs. We hired Alamo Pool and Spa, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the outset, Owner Chris Westberry was incredibly accessible, professional, and clear in setting expectations. He walked us through every step of the process, which included draining the pool, replacing the skimmer, changing our old flagstone coping to beautiful new travertine, acid washing the pool, and installing a cool deck over our original pebble stone deck. Every employee on the team was courteous and respectful of our property, demonstrating a true commitment to their craft. A special shout-out to Toby, whose great attention to detail truly made a difference in the final outcome. The work was absolutely amazing, and the price was competitive. "I have been using Chris at Alamo Pool and Spa for years. He has always done excellent work on my pool. He is professional, on time and follows through with every project. He is always helpful with questions as well. I recently had a PVC pipe line break. Chris diagnosed the repair and stayed until 8pm to complete and test everything. He followed up with me 2 days later to make sure all was working properly which it is! I would highly recommend!!!!!"
